Heat Exchanger Fabrication and Repair

Specializing in heat exchanger manufacturing and repair, our heat exchanger services facility stocks a diverse inventory of materials and heat exchanger equipment that allows us to quickly adapt to our client’s specialized requirements and specifications.

Upon client request, we will schedule shop time in preparation for field projects in order to ensure a short turnaround time for field maintenance work.

HEAT EXCHANGER MECHANICAL SERVICES

FIELD AND SHOP REPAIRS

Exchanger bundle can be repaired on-site or transported to Advance Automation Sdn Bhd shop for repair. All work is performed by highly trained and experienced engineers and technicians to standards. Services include:

Retubing

Full retubes, partial retubes or single tube replacement available on all types of exchangers; rolling and replacing of tubes of all sizes and metallurgies.

Rerating

“R” stamp repairs to heads, shells, flanges, baffles and all other components.

Mechanical Repairs

Engineers and technicians are cross-trained to proficiently provide machining, technical bolting, gasket change, stud disintegration and other repairs.

TESTING SERVICES

Advance Automation Sdn Bhd provides post-assembly testing on all sizes and types of exchangers to ensure a leak-free startup and trouble-free service. Non-destructive testing may include air testing, vacuum testing and hydro testing to verify the mechanical integrity of all tubes, gaskets, bolting and repairs.
